删除 community：set comm-list delete

从路由上删除指定社区：route-map 中用 set comm-list <列表> delete 删除命中条目，可与 additive 组合实现先删后加。

命令	set comm-list <name\|number> delete
用途	剥离特定标记后再打新标记
组合	delete 与 additive 搭配完成替换
验证	show ip bgp <prefix> 查看 Community 行

剥离再打标

ip community-list standard CL-STRIP permit 65001:999
route-map RM-STRIP permit 10
 set comm-list CL-STRIP delete
 set community 65001:100 additive

delete 与 additive 的处理顺序依赖平台实现：上线前在实验环境验证实际结果
