new-format：community 显示为 AS:NN 形式

默认按 32 位十进制显示 community；启用 ip bgp-community new-format 后按 AS:NN 展示，便于直接读写与核对。

命令	ip bgp-community new-format（全局配置）
默认显示	32 位十进制值
新格式	AS:NN（高 16 位为 AS，低 16 位为 NN）
影响	展示与输入方式，不改变线上取值

启用与核对

ip bgp-community new-format

4 字节 ASN 场景：标准 community 的 AS 字段仍是 16 位，大 AS 号标记应使用 large community 表达。
