RWO 卷跨节点挂载冲突

云盘类 RWO 卷同一时刻只能被一个节点挂载：两个副本被调度到不同节点时，第二个会卡在 ContainerCreating，并出现 Multi-Attach 报错。

典型报错

Multi-Attach error for volume "pvc-8f3d...": Volume is already exclusively attached to one node and can't be attached to another

要让多副本共享同一份数据，需要 redesign：单副本、同节点亲和，或改用支持 RWX 的共享存储。
