路由震荡：日志与统计双确认

路由表项反复出现消失（flap），业务随之抖动。用路由统计 + 日志时间线确认震荡频率与来源协议，再查物理链路与协议报错。

差异：路由统计命令三厂都有（display ip routing-table statistics / show ip route summary）；日志模块名不同：华为/H3C 常见 RM（路由管理），思科按协议打标（%OSPF-5 等）。
