排障第一步永远是看全局接口状态：哪些口 up、哪些 down、哪些协议异常；三厂各有一条 brief 命令可在 3 秒内扫完全机端口。

思科要分开看：二层链路用 show interfaces status（带 VLAN/双工/速率列），三层协议用 show ip interface brief；华为/H3C 一条 display interface brief 同时给物理/协议状态与入出方向利用率，巡检效率更高。

易错点

华为/H3C 的 down 与 *down 要区分：*down 是 administratively down（人为 shutdown），不是链路故障
思科 notconnect 表示物理没链路，err-disabled 是保护触发，两者处理方式完全不同
