OSPF 接口状态查看（display ospf interface）

一张表看全接口的 OSPF 关键参数：区域、Cost、状态（DR/BDR/DROther）、定时器、MTU、邻居数量，排障第一入口。

排查顺序建议：先 display/show ospf interface 看两端参数（区域/Cost/定时器/网络类型/MTU），再看邻居状态。参数不一致会直接体现为邻居异常。
